To register and maintain an Account on HPWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: HPWin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be permanently closed, all Wagers will be voided, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any deposited Funds will be returned via the original payment method after deducting applicable processing fees.
By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant to HPWin that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, HPWin reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Funds or Bonus Funds contained within them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email. You are required to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. HPWin accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. HPWin will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access arises from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify HPWin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling commitments, HPWin requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. HPWin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.
HPWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All Funds are denominated and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The maximum single deposit is RM30,000. HPWin reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion and to impose additional Player-specific limits where required by our responsible gambling or anti-fraud procedures.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Platinum VIP members receive same-day processing; Gold VIP members receive processing within 24 hours; Standard members receive processing within 1 to 3 business days. HPWin may require KYC completion before releasing any withdrawal. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible.

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to an incorrectly posted odds line, a system error, or a communication fault — HPWin reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. HPWin is not liable for any losses arising from such errors.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within the Platform at the time of bet placement. HPWin reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion without explanation.
Bets may be voided where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the event result cannot be determined. In such cases, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account. Specific void rules for each sport or event type are detailed in the applicable product rules sections.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the HPWin Platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Funds, and may result in legal action:
All content on the HPWin Platform — including but not limited to the brand name HPWin, logo, trademarks, graphics, text, software, data compilations, user interface designs, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of HPWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without HPWin's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HPWin, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
HPWin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

HPWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where HPWin reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) the Player has become ineligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued Account activity would expose HPWin to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
Players may request to close their Account at any time by contacting HPWin's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Following closure, any remaining real money Funds will be returned to the Player's last verified withdrawal method after deducting any outstanding applicable fees. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. HPWin reserves the right to charge a monthly administration fee of RM10 against dormant Account balances, up to the available balance. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
HPWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, HPWin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute.
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and HPWin, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Players are encouraged to submit complaints in the first instance via email to [email protected], providing full details of the matter. HPWin undertakes to acknowledge and investigate all complaints in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to pursue resolution through the dispute resolution procedures established by HPWin, details of which are available upon request from the support team.
